The second Sciences Po Alumni UK Charity Gala – on 23 September 2009 – was once again a great success. The evening, under the patronage of the French Ambassador His Exellency Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, was attended by 160 guests at The House of Commons in Westminster – thanks to MP Dennis McShane.
The Sciences Po Alumni UK Charity Trust awarded scholarships to outstanding Sciences-Po students completing their studies at the London School of Economics. This year awards were attributed to Zimbabwean Simiso Velempini (26) and German Viktor Siebert (24).
