The Sciences Po Alumni community in the UK has been growing fast over the past few years. It is now more important than ever to consolidate our network in the UK, and enable senior and younger alumni to maintain contact with each other while keeping abreast of Sciences Po new developments and issues.

• About the Sciences Po Alumni UK team:
Our Annual General Meeting took place in December 2009, in London. The team reviewed the 2009 activities, its on-going projects and its plans for 2010 and also presented its 2009 financial review. Members renewed the team’s mandate to lead Sciences Po Alumni UK in 2010.

Stéphane Rambosson
President, Sciences Po Alumni UK
Stéphane is also Trustee of Sciences Po Alumni UK Trust. He is partner at executive search firm Veni Partners which he joined in 2008 from Citi, where he was head of French equity capital markets and overseeing the European industrials franchise. He has spent over thirteen years in investment banking, having been Manager at Schroders in the industrial manufacturing group in corporate finance in London and in the French investment banking team in Paris, and analyst at S.G. Warburg. Stéphane graduated with honours from Sciences Po (ecofi 1992)and obtained a masters degree in finance from ESCP-EAP business school. He studied at the Lycée Charles de Gaulle in London. He is a member of the think-tank Cercle d’outre Manche.

Treasurer, Sciences Po Alumni UK
Stefan graduated from Sciences Po in 2002. He also holds a masters degree in mathematics from Université Pierre & Marie Curie and a masters degree in Finance from ESCP-EAP European School of Management. He currently works within the Equities division at HSBC Bank Plc which he joined in 2006 from UBS Investment Bank, where he spent over two years.

Julien works with an International Business Consultancy in London. He graduated from Sciences Po in 2003, and also received an MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London in 2006.

• A bit of history about the Sciences Po Alumni in the UK:
Assia de Juniac arrived in London in the 1950‘s and a few years later she founded the Sciences Po association in the UK. During the 1980‘s, Christian Percepied working alsongside Assia de Juniac, enabled the Sciences Po Alumni to be notably active during the French election campaigns of 1981 and 1988.
In 2005, a new team revived the Alumni society previously led by Florent Bellteste. The new team was headed by Arnaud Mora, President, Noemie de Andia who was vice-president, Marianne Olivier as General Secretary, and Stéphane Rambosson as Treasurer.In 2007, Stéphane Rambosson was elected President, with Stefan Lavau as treasurer, and Marianne Olivier as General Secretary. In 2008, Julien Artero became General Secretary.
